After finding and spending a scorched fifty-dollar bill, Chip is arrested by the Secret Service and charged with violating the Patriot Act. Unfortunately, when an anonymous benefactor posts his five million dollar bail there are strings attached. Chip and his coworkers must find his benefactor’s missing son and uncover enough evidence to protect Chip from the country he loved and being sent to Guantanamo Bay for the rest of his life.
